Emma Sutherland is a successful mum, author, naturopath and TV presenter and her mission in life is to inspire women to get their mojo back.
Her first book “50 Foods That Will Change Your Life” is co-written with leading home economist Michelle Thrift and is the ultimate guide to healthy eating for women.
Emma was the expert nutritionist on the popular TV show “Eat Yourself Sexy” on Lifestyle You. Inspiring and uplifting, Eat Yourself Sexy encourages women to take control of their lives and get back on the road to loving themselves.
Emma’s baby daughter, Sophia was born in November 2011 and has been the delight of her life since. Along with Sophia’s arrival, Emma picked up an addiction to every Superfood she can get her hands on! In fact, it was Sophia who inspired Emma’s second book “Sophia Eats – a Parents Guide to Toddler Health and Wellbeing”.

As well as TV hosting, Emma is a regular media commentator and she has been extensively featured in radio and print media. Her areas of knowledge are incredible and her opinions are regularly sought out by many people.

Emma’s online presence is huge and in her popular blog she reveals the latest research information, recipes from her upcoming book as well as tips and tricks to a life filled with Mojo.
A fully qualified Naturopath, Emma completed four years of training in Herbal Medicine, Nutrition and Homoeopathy as well as a Bachelor of Health Science. She has years of experience in treating women and children throughout the preconception to post natal period. She has completed post graduate training in women’s health and is a certified Infant Sleep Consultant. Emma is a registered Naturopath with membership to the Australian Traditional Medicine Society.
Since 2012 Emma has been the Naturopath / Nutritionist Expert for Wagner’s Kyolic Aged Garlic Extract, and in early 2013 Emma flew to Japan to visit the Wakunaga pharmaceutical plant to see the manufacturing procedures involved in creating Kyolic Aged Garlic Extract. The tour also involved Emma interviewing key Japanese clients as part of the Wagner Social Media strategy.
In 2014, Emma launched her new baby sleep consulting business Calm Bubba providing support, information, education, and resources based on each family’s sleep needs, lifestyle and culture, helping mums, dads and families in the transition to becoming a happy, healthy, family unit.
Emma also consults with patients looking for more generalised naturopath treatment for conditions such as poor immunity, bloating, fatigue, weight loss and poor energy. Her busy client centered holistic clinics are located in both the heart of Sydney’s CBD as well as Balmain.
